Perma Blend's new Inga Babitskay Lips Set features a collection of 6 pigments designed by Inga Babitskaya.
 
This set contains six (6), 1/2oz bottles.
 
All shades are simple to apply to the skin. Powdery, pixel, and boundary application techniques are all possible. All of the required stabilizers and color correctors are included. This product doesn't develop any unappealing colors during the phases of skin regeneration and center stabilization, or over time. Applies to the skin quickly and  Persistent. After stabilization, the balance is at least 80%.
 
Wendy Brown, a color for the eyes/brows and a personal favorite of Inga, is also included in the Inga Babitskay Lips Set by Perma Blend.
 
Hen Party - An inflammatory color. This pigment will provide a sense of adventure. It looks stunning on smiling lips. It looks fantastic on lips of any age. Use caution with this pigment on clients with yellowed tooth enamel. 
Creamy Coral - A soft, warm color. Refreshes the face and illuminates the skin color. Whitens the teeth visually.
Tea Rose - Color of choice for businesswomen and housewives alike. Never out of style. However, it is not the best option for deeply aged or ethnic lips.
Bad Girl - Bad Girls are the most desirable type of women. This color is for them, as well as individuals who are not frightened of their beauty or the attention they receive. A  Very glamorous and lovely shade
Tender Caramel - A delicious caramel color that is also very sexy.
Wendy Brown - A luxurious dark chocolate shade. A truly c old and dark brown shade. Suitable for contrasting bright European and Oriental appearance. Appropriate for work in the field of eyes and brows.
 
Use Instructions:
 
Keep the product at room temperature.
Do not expose these pigments to heat or direct sunlight.
Handle containers with single-use gloves straight from the box.
Before pouring, shake the pigment vigorously for at least 1 minute.
After pouring, secure the lid and return it to its storage location.
Only use Perma Blend Shading Solutions to change the consistency. Mix with no other thinning agents or water.
Pigment has a 12-month shelf life after opening.
Unopened pigment has a shelf life of 3.5 years.
